Hmm, I think the bit that says "Then... an idea" should be lower, whereas "They always do" a little higher in that last panel? 'cause I read "Then... an idea. They always do. End the avatar cycle."
and it doesn't make as much sense as "They always do. Then... an idea. End the avatar cycle."
so yeah
just a thought :D
